I dont think you have to look any further than the "pseudo-rap/dance" artists like MC Hammer, Tone Loc, & Sir Mix-A-Lot, and the late glam rock acts like Poison & Def Leppard. And if you really want to go slumming you could probably dig up the old Vanilla Ice tape that everybody had but nobody will admit to.
I heard a Scorpions song yesterday... that took me back!
I was a big fan of the theme song from Scooby Doo
